About
Hello. I am Ayush.
I am not a geek who is always fascinated about computers, technology and books.
I have embarked on a journey to work on some awesome ideas to create products which can make an impact. After a lot of introspection and asking philosophical questions, I joined PhD at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As a Systems and Networking enthusiast, I work in all fields, currently focusing on Low-Latency Networking and ML in Networking.
Once upon a time, I was the Co-Founder and HackMaster of NimbleEdge, after raising funds, building the platform, team and getting customers, got bored and decided I want to work on something new.
I also tend to waste my time watching movies + tv shows, hosting board game nights, reading books, playing computer games, cooking, travelling + hanging out with friends and enjoying life in general.
Fun Fact. I can play seven musical instruments and do acrylic painting :)
Although, past is probably not important but in a previous lifetime,
After working days and nights, I finally managed to graduate from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. After my graduation and during the COVID-19 crisis, I interned at Eightfold.ai, but later joined full-time at Tower Research Capital.
During my role as a Low Latency Software Developer at Tower Research Capital, I fidgeted and played around with their core platform code and architecture, improving different parts of it. It was all fun, but this is the place I realized I don’t wanna work in corporate.
Most of my time has been spent working on Systems, Networking and Programming Languages. During my undergraduate studies, I worked closely with Prof. Satyadev Nandakumar and Prof. Pramod Subramanyan on multiple projects in these fields.
